If you love our chocolate chip cookies, you can now buy our ready packed frozen cookie dough (labelled under SimplyDelish Cookies) and bake themselves at your home. We use the finest ingredients with no artificial colors, flavours or preservatives and contain 0 grams trans fat.

Our current offerings are as follows:

(a) Chocolate Chip Cookies with No Nuts - Our best seller! Made from pure butter and premium Callebaut / Sicao chocolate chip.

(b) Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies - Chocolate chip cookies with fresh mint taste. A heavenly combination of chocolate and mint! 

(c) Double Chocolate Chip Cookies - Made from real butter, Callebaut chocolate powder and Callebaut / Sicao chocolate chip. An epitome for chocolate lovers!

(d) Oatmeal Raisins - For oat lovers and healthier version, try our oatmeal raisins cookies which are loaded with oats and california raisins that would satisfy the cravings in you!

Instructions on How To Bake Our Cookies

(a) Simply defrost the dough from the freezer in the refrigerator. These will take a few hours so plan ahead. You will know the dough is ready when it is still chill but can be easily scooped out using a spoon.

(b) Line your baking tray with parchment paper or use non-stick baking tray.

(c) Use a melon baller or small spoon or teaspoon size ice-cream scoop and scoop the chill dough into a baking tray.

(d) Remember! Baking tray should be cool when the dough is transferred so that the cookies don't melt which will result in flat cookies.

(e) Bake about 10-12 minutes in the oven until brown and done. Best to place the baking tray in the middle of the oven to ensure proper heat distribution.    

(f) Remember to keep the dough cool in the refrigerator in-between batches.

WHOOPIE Pie is here!

Sweet Cravings is now offering the infamous Whoopie Pie under our label brand SimplyDelish.

What is Whoopie Pie you might ask? Well a whoopie pie (alternatively called a gob, black-and-white, bob, or "BFO" for Big Fat Oreo) is a two round mound-shape cake with a sweet, creamy frosting sandwiched between them. Whoopie Pie is considered a New England phenomenon and a Pennsylvania Amish tradition and they are increasingly sold throughout the United States. According to food historians, Amish women would bake these (known as hucklebucks at the time) and put them in farmers' lunchboxes. When farmers would find these treats in their lunch, they would shout "Whoopie!". (wikepedia)

SimplyDelish Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've been baking chocolate chip cookies for my family for quite some time especially for the festive season but had never offered them for sale. Recently, a good friend of mine came over for a visit and whilst we were talking about cakes and cookies, she vented that the chocolate chip cookies that she bought recently was not so good and that it was difficult to get a good one apart from Famous Amos, obviously. She then asked why was'nt my choc chip cookies being offered for sale? Hmm.. honestly, selling these cookies never crossed my mind since I was more into baking/decorating cakes.
