Almond Crisps and Danish Butter Cookies

Salam Aidilfitri to all my friends and hope you had a good time celebrating with your love ones. Walaupun dah seminggu raya berlalu, I am still here in the kitchen whopping up some raya goodies for my customers especially the almond crisps and danish butter cookies. I have also opened up once again, my normal menu especially birthday cakes and whoopie pies. Just drop me an email or sms me if you wish to order. Remember, I need minimum 5 days in advance for all orders.

Also, I have good news to all. My almond crisps and danish butter cookies are now available for ordering regardless of festive seasons. Just drop me a note on its availability. If we run out of stock, don't fret, we will always whip up new batches for you.

Hari Raya 2011 Cookies

Hi All. Its that time of the year again and this year, we are introducing 3 new cookies for the coming raya celebration apart from our heavenly delish chocolate chip cookies.

1) Dannish Butter Cookies

For those who love Danish butter cookies or more famously known as the cookie in the "blue tin", we are proud to introduce our own sinful danish butter cookies that will go down well with all butter cookie lovers.

2) Green Tea Shortbread

A twist to the original shortbread, we added green tea powder and voila! green tea shortbread is born. A definite must have for green tea lovers.

3) Almond Crisp

Our latest best seller. This almond crisp aka florentine are actually almond flake, almond strips and sesame seeds baked in crisp perfection with butter, honey, sugar and other secret ingredients that leaves you wanting more and more. We have been baking this delish almost everyday since it was introduced 2 weeks back. Order one today before we close our orders for the raya festive. 

Our cookies are packed in either a transparent container or a reusable plastic pail with handle.

Prices for our cookies are as follows:

1) Chocolate Chip Cookies - All Time Favourite loaded with imported chocolate chips - RM25.00 per square transparent container (ard 52-55 pieces inside) 

2) Danish Butter Cookies - Sinful Buttery cookies (just like the blue tin cookie wink*wink*smile :) ) - Rm25.00 per square transparet containers (ard 50 pieces)

3) Green Tea Shortbread - A must haves for green tea lovers. Be Bold Be Different Be Sure to Choose our Gree Tea Shortbread. - RM25.00 per transparent green tead cookies. (around 5- pieces)

4) Almond Crisps - Our best selling...so far. Taste one and you can ever stop munching - Seriously :)

We are now accepting orders for Hari Raya Cookies for our melt in the mouth Danish butter cookies and Green Tea Shortbread and our delicious Kek Lapis Sarawak.  The cookies are packed in a square container and the kek lapis comes in 2 sizes: Full cake size (7" x 7") or Half cake size (3.5" x 7"). Our offerings are as follows:

COOKIES

1. Danish Butter Cookies

 If you love the danish butter cookies in the blue tin, you will definitely love our version too that is buttery and melts in the mouth. A container cost RM24.00.

2. Green Tea Cookies
Try our green tea cookies for a different flavour. With a subtle taste of green tea, these little green cookies are sure to "wow" your visitors with its originality and delicious taste. A container cost RM25.00.

3. Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our famous chocolate chip cookies are now being offered as Hari Raya cookies. Order one today for a chocolately and unforgettable experience. A container cost RM25.00 

KEK LAPIS

For 2011, our kek lapis offerings are as follows:

1. Masam manis - a favourite with haw flakes between the layers. 

2. Chocolate Indulgence - a must for chocolate lovers with callebaut chocolate disk between the layers.

3. Oreos - with crushed oreos sprinkled in alternate layers of the cake.

4. Strawberry - with its aromatic smell, the strawberry kek lapis is a delight for all strawberry lovers.

5. Rempah Prune - the traditional layer cake with aromatic herbs and california prunes infused in between the layers.
