Optimus Prime / Barbie Doll Cake

This is an Optimus Prime (edible image cake) and a Barbie Doll cake for Joshua, age 7 and Lydia, age 5 who celebrated both their birthdays on Sunday. Happy Birthday to both of you and thanks to Alicia for the order.

Transformers and Donald Duck

This week, I received another 2 edible image orders Transformers and Donald Duck. The transformers was a 2 recipe around 2++kg whilst the Donald Duck weighs around 1kg. The transformers was a chocolate cake with ganache deco and Donald Duck was butter cake with buttercream deco. Anyway, hope both Keith and Fabian had a smashing birthday do. Happy Birthday to both of you and thanks to Cindy and Jenny for the orders.

Transformers Edible Image Cake

This really is the season for Transformers cake as I keep getting orders for Transformers design cake. This week, I had fun baking and decorating another Transformers cake. The little boy requested for a Bumblebee cake and for this cake, I had used edible image of Bumblebee for the picture. Its a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache topping and for the ganache, I used Callebaut chocolate which was naturally very delicious. :). The cake itself was quite heavy, an almost 2kg cake.
